Role Summary The Technology Business Operations role works in a team led by the Technology Business Operations Lead, working directly with the Tech business leaders including Business Group Leads and Delivery Leads. The role reports to the Technology Business Operations Lead and works with Tech DOO to help drive and support the Tech business strategy, growth agenda, capability plan and operational excellence. The Technology Business Ops will work with the Technology Business Operations Lead and will be responsible for the operational activities and efficiency across the Technology Practices working with the broader Tech Practice leadership team and the Corporate Functions teams accordingly. Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Technology Business Operations Lead
  • Work with the Tech Business Lead to operationalize Tech business strategy and growth agenda for the Market.
  • Interact with the Technology Leadership team to drive and implement operational programs and business initiatives.
  • Provide key management reports, metrics analysis and insights to the Technology Business Lead and his/her leadership team, working collaboratively with them and the broader Technology leadership/corporate function teams to manage, identify and investigate areas of low performance and help develop remediation actions.
  • Work with Technology Business Operations Leads to execute and reflect Market POV into the offerings and asset developing including managing specific MD&I initiatives accordingly. Embed the key Global Tech offerings into the execution framework for the Market.
  • Facilitate business interlock between the Tech Business Groups to ensure GTM and delivery readiness for sales, solutioning, supply/demand management and offering/asset investments/
  • Collaborate across key Business Operations, Marketing, HR, S&PP and Finance leads and the broader Services Business Operations team to ensure alignment with key business planning processes and operational priorities for the Market.
  • Drive specific priority programs and initiatives as required
  • Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed.


Skills & Experience
  • Strategic plan executor with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to achieve results and effectively resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Data-driven operator to drive reporting/analytics that provide insights that inform actions
  • Strong communication skills; demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities
  • Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions
  • Extreme attention to detail and the need to get things right first time, every time
  • Excellent project management, team management, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority to drive action at all levels
  • Strong technology and cloud understanding and acumen
  • Proven program management track record at a global or market level
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Accenture operating model and financial models
  • Work experiences related consulting or IT experience is surplus.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner in an influence-based model
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Global or regional role exposure ie. dealing with stakeholders across multiple countries
