Job Description
Join a founder-led restaurant group with 6 outlets and a film production company. You'll be more than an assistant; you'll work side-by-side with the CEO across film sets, restaurant sites and business strategy. This role doubles as a business mentorship: you'll learn how to build and scale brands from the ground up, and if you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position within the company.
What you'll do
Shadow CEO meetings, advise on calendar, prioritise high-stakes tasks, identify bottlenecks. Prepare briefs and presentations film & F&B projects. Coordinate travel, on-site shoots, restaurant visits (you'll have a driver when needed). Research suppliers, analyse markets/trends and deliver actionable insights. Track deadlines, budgets, tasks; anticipate issues, escalate accordingly. Perform ad-hoc high-impact tasks that keep the CEO's focus on scaling the business.
What you'll get
Starting salary: RM 3,000 - 4,500/month (depending on experience). Hands-on mentorship from a business founder in film + hospitality. Base office in Kelana Jaya/Bukit Bintang + flexible field visits. Exposure to systems and processes for scaling businesses from scratch.
What we're looking for
0-2 years relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome, early career preferred). Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese is an added bonus for bilingual business operations. Strong organisational skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects. High initiative, proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs. Confident handling disclosure of sensitive communications. Comfortable with a dynamic workday (office + field + travel).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
