BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (IT) Kuala Lumpur *Salary RM 5,000 - RM 9,000*
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration (or information systems) with extensive business knowledge.
At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation.
Excellent communication skills, business software knowledge, analytical thinking (symptom - problem - solution);
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, BW, and Hyperion is a plus.
Fluent in English as well as the local language
Responsibilities:
Understanding the local business process and data flow, as well as gathering issues and requirements to ensure successful implementation and utilisation of global and regional applications, is the goal of business process analysis.
Vendor Management - Follow global and regional business processes, SOP (standard operating procedures), and IT methodology and policies to manage our vendors who support company\'s daily operations.
Work with the local Finance Manager and MD to ensure company is working towards best practise in the IT space by being fully aware of all Regional/Global projects and prioritising those most critical to the business.
Enforce global policies that assist other departments within company
Ensure adequate training on how to use systems to perform business operations is efficiently organised and delivered to new hires and operational staff
Be the local lead on the rollout of global and regional projects and ensure their completion on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level
Work closely with the regional IT team and local finance team to manage and control company systems-related budget/forecast
