Open Position: Business Process Analyst (IT MNC Company)

An IT MNC Company is currently looking for Business Process Analyst to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:
-Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as business analyst or equivalence

-Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities

-Good experience in business improvement processes, business performance and reporting management is a plus

-Self-driven with strong analytical and problem solving ability

-Excellent problem solving skills: possess the ability to resolve issues by analyzing, investigating and thinking out of the box to provide directional and structural solutions

-Strong focus on operational excellence and on continuous improvement

-A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
