Job Highlights
- Conduct Business Process Management (BPM) workshops with stakeholders using ARIS and Signavio platforms
- Career Development as Business Analyst/ Architect and Business Consultant

Responsibilities
Facilitate workshop with user to gather business process information & perform validation, ensuring that information gathered are complete, consistent and comprehensible.
Gather business process information using interview, document analysis, surveys provided by business/client.
Collect and analyse business process information gathered from all channels (workshop, documents, system etc) and document into BPM workflow using Business Process Modelling Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0)
Ensure quality of the BPM workflows follow Method & Conventions set by business/client.
Share and present converted BPM workflow diagram to SME for approvals.
Proactively manage all workflow queues and manage load to ensure timely resolution and incorporation of feedback and changes required.
Able to advise SME during workshop or interview to follow the Standard Method & Conventiosn or BPMN 2.0.
Provide status report and timesheet to Project Lead.
Candidate will be exposed to Process Architecting, Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process analysis and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for learning and application in subsequent projects as part of the career growth.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Studies or equivalent.
Candiate MUST have LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate
At least 3 years work experience in any industry
Proficiency in English and Malay
Proactively learning and understading how to use BPM tools (ARIS and SIGNAVIO)
Confident in driving and conducting process driven workshop sessions with clients from different levels of an organization upon internal training completion.
Knowledge in Microsoft office software
