As a

Business Process Optimization Executive

, your role is to optimize processes, systems or organization by designing, improving, and implementing an integrated system of people, materials, information and handling equipment, eliminating wastefulness in the end to end supply chain.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Business solutioning, onboarding on new customer account till success implementation Analyse current processes to determine the most efficient sequence of workflow, establishing methods for maximizing the utilization of equipment, floor space/layout and human resources. Conducts operations forecasting for staffing, assets and facility needs to ensure service commitment met. Develops solutions to operational issues, works with operations management to implement changes to attain desired cost and service improvement. Support the design and implementation of processes of new businesses, pipeline from Sales/Business Solutions. As the custodian of work process and system SOP, development and maintaining process mapping, manual and work instructions Assume project management responsibilities and conducts financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Diploma/Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering & Supply Chain Management 3-5 years of experience in the Logistics and/or warehousing environment Technical Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel / MSAccess and basic office suite tools

Solid understanding of Power BI and Excel

Knowledge of express logistic process, procedure and methods Project Management experience Strong skills in interpersonal communications, composition and creative writing

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
