Description


A Business Process Senior Consultant will act as a trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering. The Senior Consultant role requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.

Essential Functions


  • Apply best practice methodology & tools to ensure successful customer adoption.
  • Understand and practice a value-based \xe2\x80\x9cfit to standard\xe2\x80\x9d delivery approach.
  • Drive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey.
  • Operational Management.
  • Change management skills to manage and actively drive expectations during the customer lifecycle.
  • Responsible for high-quality delivery in all assigned S/4HANA Cloud customers.

Required Qualifications


  • Over 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in implementing on-Prem ERP solutions in a Project System, Sales & Distribution, FI/CO, Materials Management.
  • SAP S/4HANA configuration experience with end-to-end experience in Implementations.
  • ACTIVATE methodology knowledge.
  • Domain expertise: FICO/Finance or MM/Procurement or SD/Sales or Professional Services.
  • Good communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal.
  • Customer-facing experience in a consulting capacity.


Desired Qualifications


  • Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration).
  • Extensibility with SAP HANA Cloud Platform (APIs, OData, RESTFUL).
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification.
  • S/4HANA Cloud project experience will be prioritized.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


  • Good command of the English language.
  • Expertise in the configuration and implementation of related on-premise modules. Emphasis on generalist knowledge / business experience and the ability to deep dive if required.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Architecture and Integration.
  • Ability to conduct complex and interactive customer workshops.
  • Experience working in a global, geographically dispersed team.

Work Environment and Special Consideration


  • Works in a professional office and/or remote office environment.
  • Will be required to travel to client locations.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
