A Business Process Senior Consultant will act as a trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering. The Senior Consultant role requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.
Essential Functions
Apply best practice methodology & tools to ensure successful customer adoption.
Understand and practice a value-based \xe2\x80\x9cfit to standard\xe2\x80\x9d delivery approach.
Drive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey.
Operational Management.
Change management skills to manage and actively drive expectations during the customer lifecycle.
Responsible for high-quality delivery in all assigned S/4HANA Cloud customers.

Required Qualifications
Over 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in implementing on-Prem ERP solutions in a Project System, Sales & Distribution, FI/CO, Materials Management.
SAP S/4HANA configuration experience with end-to-end experience in Implementations.
ACTIVATE methodology knowledge.
Domain expertise: FICO/Finance or MM/Procurement or SD/Sales or Professional Services.
Good communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal.
Customer-facing experience in a consulting capacity.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration).
Extensibility with SAP HANA Cloud Platform (APIs, OData, RESTFUL).
SAP S/4HANA Certification.
S/4HANA Cloud project experience will be prioritized.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Good command of the English language.
Expertise in the configuration and implementation of related on-premise modules. Emphasis on generalist knowledge / business experience and the ability to deep dive if required.
Strong knowledge of ERP Architecture and Integration.
Ability to conduct complex and interactive customer workshops.
Experience working in a global, geographically dispersed team.
