This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment. Principal Responsibilities: Administers and/or supervise the collection, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of various financial and non-financial data/information. Assist management team in long-term strategic formulation, implementation, and evaluations. Identify, establish and monitor business initiatives via close interaction with the management team of the business functions and product groups. Performs special studies and analyses for management's use. Study and implement relevant processes to improve efficiency. Develop, coordinate, lead and analyze ad-hoc projects and operational analysis. Contribute ideas and solutions to a variety of operations-related challenges. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration with four to six (4-6) years related experience. Requirements: Good in establishing dashboard for key metrices tracking, business summary write-up and business analysis and reporting. Experience in working on cross-functional projects, ability to drive for results, and deal with management teams. Able to organize and prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks and demonstrates dependability with excellent analytical skills, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and maintain confidentiality. Strong communications and interpersonal skills in person, on phone, and by e-mail with all levels of management, and cross-functionally with business partners. Flexible and able to quickly adapt to the dynamic environment Knowledge of Accounting and Finance is critical. Strong computing skills in MS Office particularly in excel spreadsheets, word document, knowledge and experience in using PowerPoint are essential. Working knowledge of Oracle applications.
