The Position

As the Global Business Process Specialist for Record to Report - Management Accounting & Reporting, you are part of the Global Business Process Management Organization in Roche Services & Solutions.

In this role, you will be a part of the E2E process area Record to Report. As a member of the global multi- cultural R2R Management Accounting and Reporting Network you are responsible for deploying global Analytics & Reporting solutions in the APAC region in the framework of the ASPIRE global template for both Roche divisions: Pharma and Diagnostics. You will further contribute to harmonization and standardization of SAP Analytics & Reporting environment, working in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain and IT, cross divisionally (Pharma and Diagnostics).

Your responsibilities comprise the following aspects:

Part of the Deployment Team for ASPIRE APAC that will roll out the global cross-divisional template

Acting as a Global Business Process Specialist Record to Report for Reporting to drive and govern changes to the Analytics & Reporting global template in alignment with various stakeholders

Working closely together with the RSS Operation Centers to drive and support process improvement with the focus on global Analytics & Reporting environment

Ensuring monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness

Strive for cross-functional alignment to achieve End-To-End cross divisional process harmonization

The position may involve a fair amount of travel (up to 20%)

Who you are:

You have a business degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a financial education and 4-5 years of work experience in that area.

You also bring international or global/corporate experience and a proven track record of participating in global projects/initiatives (preferably of transformational nature) and cross-functional teams.

You also bring the following skills and competencies:

Solid knowledge and understanding of financial processes

Proficient user of SAP BI or business/ IT consulting experience in SAP BI area

Proven experience with SAP analytics tools; SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA would be a plus

Business Process Management experience would be a plus

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making

Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities

Exceptional organizational skills and time management, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high quality accomplishment of such

Strong presentations skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
