Business / Product Lead, Hibah & Islamic Inheritance Planning About the company: Bursa Malaysia-listed holding company with investments in: Sustainable Energy Sustainable Healthcare Fintech Telcotech ESPL Esports Players League Job Responsibilities: Initiate project plans for Hibah & other Islamic Inheritance solutions, which include the scheduled actions and the feedback by FSI Clients to meet the project objectives Work closely with our Trustee partner to assure product delivery mechanism is intact during onboarding of the customer to subscribe Hibah & other Islamic Inheritance solutions with expected execution plan To do research on the products and the potential acquisition of the segment for positive traction. Assist in the development of a project timeline with specific milestones, checkpoints, to ensure timelines are achieved Inform product roadmap to drive engagement at all points of the customer lifecycle Identify areas for improvement based on our competitive landscape and matrix. And to articulate an execution plan for the product to be ready to public To gather all user requirement and act as an important link liaising between the client and Development/UI/UX teams Ensure delivery of In-Season business value proposition, prioritize and build out road maps for the suite of products within that domain. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Business & Marketing or Business & Development. Preferred with Islamic Banking, Islamic Wealth Background and Takaful companies or experience. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Islamic Banking, Islamic Wealth, Takaful Companies or other companies specializing in Product development. Exceptional communication skills, resourcefulness, project management and presentation skills, organized, disciplined and results oriented. Revenue analytics driven Skills And Competencies Meticulous, diligent in all aspects of the day to day activities assignments. Detail, analytical, accurate, reporting and good organizational skills. Able to work in a team, with assigned deadlines with minimum supervision. Strong interpersonal skills, a good team player and willing to learn.
