About Us:
Hapicura is a rapidly expanding company, proud to offer its own brand of adult diapers, wet wipes, and more. Currently distributing to nursing homes, supermarkets, and pharmacies, we are on the lookout for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to play a crucial role in our business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives.
- Proactively search for leads and convert them into valuable partnerships.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring excellent after-sales services.
- Drive sales growth with a particular focus on expanding our presence in hospitals, supermarkets, and baby stores in the Klang Valley.

- This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel to clients and periodic office attendance for meetings and administrative duties.
