About the Role The business solution lead is responsible for lead the end-to-end transformation and digitization project. To oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor & summarize progress of project. Additionally, would also lead the adhoc operation excellence / process improvement / system enhancements initiatives or projects within AHS Responsible for defining, tracking, and communicating in a consistent & effective manner and incorporating effective change and risk management controls at project(s) level. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project(s). Explore the current developments & future trends in the insurance market. Study the new & future areas of development and recommend the various projects/initiatives based on the research & findings applicable to AHS. Provide clarity to team members/SMEs on roles & responsibilities and resource assignment based on projects/initiatives. Represent department (PIC) for coordinating all cross functional project, ad hoc requests for system changes/enhancements, BAU projects, system incidents etc. Transformation / Operational Excellence: To plan, lead & execute the process improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement is put in place to drive customer experience & operational efficiency To oversee & conduct the project feasibility study (independent discovery & GAP analysis) to quantify the project quantitively & qualitatively To identify the target KPI\'s & goals for each initiative & achieve them within the stipulated time, budget & scope To implement the identified process improvement initiative Deliver end-to-end business requirement completeness aligning to business process and work with business team & BA Lead (IT) to include all possible business dependencies across different business functions. Responsible and accountable for timely project delivery on business activities related to URS, UAT & user post deployment verification. To conduct in depth studies supported by quantitative analysis & interaction with stakeholders to build business case & recommend solutions to translate AIA/AHS\'s strategic direct into actionable & executable initiative To act as change agent within AHS/AIA Work closely with IT & APO regarding vendor\'s proposed solutions meeting the project requirements. Escalation of any project risks or roadblocks within the defined governance structure of the project. Carry out post implementation reviews for continuous improvement of own project management capabilities and any key learning(s) that can be taken to the next project. Plan & delegate the designing SOP for all System Changes (New/Existing systems) along with respective departments Dashboard & Reporting: To publish the weekly/monthly dashboards for Management view To keep management updated on the initiatives & progress (PI Initiatives) ROI/CBA calculations & keep track of the performance month on month Business intelligence People Management: Provide clarity to team members on roles & responsibilities and resource assignment based on projects/initiatives need. To set up clear KPI\'s for the team members/SMEs based on assigned projects/initiatives. To keep track of overall productivity of SME\'s along with the respective business leads Training Oversee the training after new/change process, BAU changes as an outcome from BAU initiatives, AHS strategic projects & cross functional projects leading to any changes in the AHS Requirement Proven working experience in process improvement Proven ability to drive transformational projects Strong communication skills and ability to effectuate change at multiple levels of the organization Ability to handle multitasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issue Strategy consulting or business strategy experience preferred Self-motivated and self-starter, and able to work under minimal supervision
