Deliver pre-sales system support to the sales department, guaranteeing optimal configuration between products and clients\xe2\x80\x99 systems.
Effectively communicate and substantiate the advantages of products to customers, ensuring successful implementation post-solution sales.
Conduct testing and assessment of new hardware and software products/features to confirm compatibility and functionality.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to gather market insights, establish terms, conditions, service charges for new products, and formulate service policies.
Identify training syllabi and execute training for sales staff and branch system engineers as needed.
Conduct evaluations and comparisons of software solutions.
Job Requirements:
Possesses a degree in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in pre-sales or consultancy support roles.
Demonstrates foundational knowledge in MS SQL, Windows Active Directory, XML, Network Protocol, and Connectivity.
Offers experience or familiarity with Cloud Solutions such as Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Google Drive/Workspace, OneDrive, and SharePoint, providing an added advantage.
Holds a background in industries such as Software applications, mobile applications, cloud services provision, system integration, and Office Automation.
Possession of MCP or MCSE Certification would be advantageous.
Functions well within a team, showcasing robust analytical and communication skills.
Exudes independence, customer focus, and excels in presentations and intellectual abilities.
Prior experience in Project Management is an additional asset.
