Business Support Analyst x 5
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM6000 - RM7500*
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in a technical IT discipline/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Specific tools experience an advantage: SQL, Power BI, MicroStrategy.
- Well-versed in software systems development, ideally in BI Reporting developments, with a good understanding of data structures.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.
- Preferably candidate with working experience of 2-3 years in similar role/scope.
- Good communication in English.
- Independent and can also work well in a team.
- Support call centre or similar customer-facing experience.
- Production of BI reports/analyses that are in-service.
- Assisting in the transition into service of new reporting projects, ensuring that appropriate supporting material is in place.
- Assisting in the development of tracking tools to log business issues, along with requests for modifications.
- Facilitating between IT and business teams for any technical issue facing services.
- Any ad hoc activities or projects.
- Involved with developments to further automate services.
