Generating invoices to client/customer from Desludging, De-slopping, Waste collection, Waste Disposal.
Prepare Monthly Report
Follow up payment from the client, updating accounting record (AUTOCOUNT)
Liaising and coordinate with client/customer
Preparing quotation & letters for client
OPERATIONS:
Oversee daily operations
Coordinate with shipping agent (Port and Shore), Operations and Logistics team.
Yearly License Renewal
Communicate with the workers at shore
Manage & register port pass for the operations crew.
Prepare Declaration documents during a port visit from the operations crew.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Administration or equivalent.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism always.
Must possess good knowledge of admin field, Labour Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
Posses own transport.
Willing to work in Bukit Jalil (1 vacancy), Banting (1 vacancy) & Northport (1 vacancy).
