An exciting Business Support Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected global law firms based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting directly to the CEO of North Asia.

About the Business Support Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will provide administrative and operational support for a Regional CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The Business Support Manager will work closely with various teams within the organisation to delivering best-in-class support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis to support business operations
  • Manage and maintain various databases and systems
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Support the coordination of projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments
  • Help to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
To succeed in this Business Support Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • A minimum of three years of previous experience in a Business Support/Executive support or commercial business role
  • Strong ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to speak Japanese, Korean or Chinese is an asset, due to the nature of the role
  • Conversant in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)
