Job Responsibilities
Assist in supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and cost verification.
Support in obtaining quotations and preparing procurement documents.
Assist in customs and regulatory documentation.
Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes.
Support daily operational tasks including inventory monitoring, logistics follow-up, and invoicing.
Ensure accurate data entry into systems and timely updates to relevant teams.
Work collaboratively within the team and support knowledge sharing.
Participate in training and development to enhance job competency.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
