Business Support Executive
to provide holistic support across both administrative operations and financial record-keeping. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, combining strong organizational capabilities with a working knowledge of basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a multi-functional role and can manage diverse responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree
in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

1-2 years of relevant experience
in a business support or administrative-financial hybrid role

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support
, including document preparation, scheduling, and internal coordination as needed.
Maintain
well-organized physical and digital
filing systems
for both operational and financial records.
Liaise with external vendors
, suppliers, and service providers for day-to-day office or accounting requirements.
Create, record, track,
and
reconcile financial transactions
such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
Support
the
preparation
of
financial summaries
and
reports
.
Assist
with monthly
closing activities
,
financial audits
, and compliance documentation.
Ensure the
timely processing
of
accounts payable
and
receivable
while maintaining
accurate bookkeeping entries
.
