Your Role

As Business Support Specialist, you will be supporting the MD and Country leadership. You should be a proactive problem solver and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on the Business Support Specialist to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

What You Do

  • Support the MD/GM primarily and provide additional support to Core CLT members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support managers in Malaysia and Singapore, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that MD/GM and Country Leadership Team\'s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage professional and personal scheduling for MD/GM, including agendas, phone calls, client management, industry partners and other company logistics

Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for Malaysia entity and Healthcare of Malaysia and Singapore, as well as agenda, content and flow of information to managers.

Organize team communications and plan meetings/events, both internal and off-site, in collaboration with dedicated taskforce for each event

Manage MD/GM and Core CLT\'s travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

Provide administrative and office support to MD/GM, Core CLT and Specialty Care team, such as meeting minutes, internal SOPs, maintenance of filing system, and key programs/events

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and intelligence

Who You Are
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Fresh graduates with 2-3 years working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Proactive, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Agile and willingness to learn
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
