Job Responsibilities : This role provides important, end-to-end business support primarily to sales division and reseller partners to achieve the overall productivity and profitability that enables the company to achieve hyper growth target. Provide daily operational and administration support to B2B division. Touch point for B2B reseller support. Bookkeeping on division A&P expenditure. Support the division to initiate, prepare, operate, and maintain the division\'s database administration to ensure information is up-to-date and easily traceable for audit purposes. Supervise team member (if any) on assigned tasks to ensure completion. Organise and maintain division\'s agreements into standard registers for easy references and accessibility. Custodian to existing & new reseller onboarding process, reseller agreement vetting, and need arises liaise with Razer Gold Group Legal for legal consultation. Prepare reports and analytics for the division. Summarize sales campaign reports for commission payment to resellers. Conduct market research on upcoming in game promotions and launches, compile information and share to sales and marketing division for campaign planning. Work closely with HOD to outline ineffective processes and propose changes for improvement. Assisting HOD on regional reports compilation and data analysis Involvement in payment channel testing and work closely with global AM & BD team on new title payment channel testing. Market places (Lazada/ Shopee) sales & marketing planning & execution Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties. Pre-Requisites : Minimum 4 years\' experience in business support, sales support, or administrative functions. Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with various stakeholder internally, externally, and regional. Good in organization skills, time management, and high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork. Possess an attitude of attention to details. Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills . Proficiency in Mandarin (preferably) and Malay is a plus. Self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task effectively. Well-versed in Microsoft Office application including Excel and PowerPoint. Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in appropriate field of study Are you game
