Job Description

Job Responsibilities: -

• To coordinate and meet with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Responsible for software implementation on the user requirement study, system configuration, user acceptance test, and assisting end-user in software parallel run and live-run in accordance with the project timeline.
• Conduct end-user training when necessary.
• Evaluate and improve business processes along with the software implementation.
• Prepare and keep system and project documentation up-to-date.
• Provide application support to users on their respective business applications in various places.

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Application Support roles.
• Knowledge and experience supporting business applications such as ERP, SAP B1, or accounting software are essential.
• System implementation experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably experience working in an end-user environment.
• Proficiency or knowledge of MSSQL or other programming language skills is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to measure and improve existing processes and procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to perform in a team base environment with positive working attitude.
• Full time position is available, to be based at Jalan P. Ramlee, Menara Hap Seng, KL.
