Business Systems Analyst (BSA):



Relevant experience required

:

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA, specifically with Sales Cloud. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities (e.g., workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules). Basic knowledge of APEX code structure and logic to evaluate customization needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

Required skills

:

Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Assess requirements to determine if they can be addressed through standard Salesforce configuration or require
APEX-based customization.

Work closely with Salesforce developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform best practices. Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Provide documentation and training to end-users as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
