Job Purpose

Haworth Europe finance system transition and Swing continuous support

A glimpse of your daily task

Work closely with finance team, clearly understand current business processes and the demands of transition, define the future business processes, and get aligned with business team and external consultant, participate all related tests in different phases to make sure successful implementation.

Migrate Asia finance Macro/ODBC tools to Europe, as well as develop new tools for Europe finance team.

Provide prompt support to Europe team for their query regarding Swing system in daily basis, to ensure quick problem solving, so to secure smooth system operation.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree major in Business, Computer, Finance, Economics or similar domain.

Expertise in VBA programming, strong capability in handing databases with VBA and SQL. Solid knowledge and skills in databases and SQL query language. DB2/AS400 experience is a big plus.

Data analysis skills is preferred, especially if has the knowledge of Qlikview.

Good understanding to business process of manufacturing company, working experience with popular ERP system will be preferred.

Be sensitive to figures, has good understanding on data analysis and statistics, has solid finance knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask.

Proficient in both verbal and written English, multinational company experience is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar position at multinational manufacturing environment.

May need to travel to Europe or APAC for business purposes
