Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business requirements gathering work stream for new client implementations and enhancements. Conduct requirements workshops and sessions with clients to gather and learn business requirements and client processes, and walkthrough requirements with clients and internal teams. Develop and maintain business requirement documentation. Collaborate with IT development team to ensure project is delivered according to the requirements and deadline. Communicate with clients and users on business cases and solutions Ensure the specifications adherence of the software deliverables. QA the developed solutions to verify deliverables are per agreed scope and specifications. Perform project status update and do reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or equivalent. At least 3 years relevant experience. Good observations of business processes and attention to user experience Good understanding of full cycle of software development life cycle (SDLC) / system development life cycle (SDLC). Familiar Agile/SCRUM will be an advantage. Working knowledge of any frontend and backend programming language is a plus. Possess in writing requirement documentation and test cases Experienced in project management tool like Azure Devops or equivalents. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Required language: English Mandarin language will be added advantage
