The Business System Partner leverages a strong background in information technology, data analysis, master data management and CRM systems to enable smooth operations of digital systems used by the organization. The Business System Partner is a strategic thinker with profound business acumen who can leverage this understanding by translating business requirements into system capabilities to drive adoption and accelerate the achievement of business outcomes. This will guide decision-making, provide analytical insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical outcomes across the affiliate. Main Responsibilities Act as a master data administrator for the CRM system (e.g. EpiCX, OCE-P). Maintain and enhance Business Analytics/Insights dashboard (e.g. Tableau) by leveraging internal and external data sources (e.g. IMS). Support implementation and maintenance of digital health tech solutions and data repositories in collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes (e.g. Respond.IO, P360, RoME, Registries). Work closely with other teams, including Pods, IT and Finance, to ensure that the systems meet the needs of the organization. Strong collaboration with the Customer Experience team to drive digital and personalized customer engagement by leveraging customer insights. Collaboration with RSS for implementation of system changes and troubleshooting system issues. Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize system utilization and performance. Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance procedures relating to customer data. Provide training and support to other team members on the use of the systems. Stay up to date with the latest developments in technology and best practices in data management. Additional Responsibilities: Drives outcomes by joining above country initiatives for Pharma International. Identify, analyze and drive continuous process improvements based on prioritization and relevance to business needs. Lead process harmonization, simplification and standardization by leveraging the process excellence network as well as automation, digitization and digitalization of processes. Involved in cross-functional projects. Assist in development of company culture; encourage open communication and liaison across the affiliate and broader Roche network. Adhere to company (both local and global) policies and procedures at all times, including Health & Safety requirements. Perform other duties/projects as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in data science and data visualization tools. Experience in working in an agile / networked organization is a plus.
