:Key ObjectiveTo recruit new agents and also to service existing agents in Klang ValleyMajor Duties and Responsibilities
- To recruit new agents (50% time)
- To manage, service, grow existing agents (40% time)
- To assist Senior Manager in manage, supervise and guide staffs (10% time)
- Good general insurance underwriting knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills, mainly in sales and marketing
