Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executive to help grow our property and rental management. This role involves engaging with property owners, promoting our services and identifying new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASK:

Approach property owners, agents, tenants and investors to introduce our rental and homestay property management services. Distribute flyers and marketing materials at targeted locations, including property showrooms and residential areas. Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients. Develop and maintain good relationships with property owners and partners. Support marketing campaigns through both online (social media, email, digital ads) and offline methods. Work closely with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding of new units. Provide market feedback and suggest strategies to improve lead generation. Attend relevant networking events or exhibitions. Build relationships with external parties such as Hospitals, Booking platforms, Local travel agents and corporate clients Explore and secure mutually beneficial collaborations that increase occupancy. Represent the company in public events, community activities, and CSR initiatives. Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

MINIMUM REEQUIREMENT :

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in

Marketing, Business, Real Estate

or a related field.

1-2 years

of experience in sales, marketing or property-related roles preferred (fresh grads welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and meet targets. Comfortable engaging with clients face-to-face. Proficient in social media and basic Microsoft Office tools. Able to travel around Klang Valley when needed (own transport preferred). Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage).
