Our is an established high-tech packaging company and is one of the world's leading companies in the field of high-tech packaging.

Job Responsibilities

• To study, analyze & define on raw material safety stock.
• Locates and develops sources of supply through various levels of contracts with suppliers and potential suppliers.
• Direct and / or secures and analyses price quotations from suppliers.
• Source local supplier for cost saving on transportation and dealing time.
• Orders and Schedules material requirement with suppliers, based on Sales Order updated into ISAH system to ensure smooth production flow and zero downtime to Production.
• Tracks and expedite raw material shipments
• Support on LMW exemption for new manufacturing items on materials
• Support on tax exemption for raw material value added items
• To liaise with suppliers on quality disposition, compile monthly finding supplier performance report and share the finding information with relevant inter dept
• To conduct yearly vendor assessment and maintained approved vendor list
• To take up an additional or ad-hock duties assigned from time to time by the superior or management.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in raw material stock handling, and procurement manufacturing.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O-Level/Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U/Professional Certificate in any field
• Proven experience as Buyer
• Excellent knowledge of raw material purchase and quality control principles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Have high work ethics and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and complete all required tasks on time
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing process
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
