Job Description


Key Responsibilities: -

  • Search, review and analyze for new and existing vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Ensure that the products and supplies match the requirement of individual orders.
  • Maintain and update list of suppliers and their details.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Prepare a monthly report of each business unit/division expenses.
  • Work with colleagues and procurement managers to complete duties as needed.
  • Maintain stock taking process up to date.
  • Other ad hoc tasks been assigned from time to time.
Requirements: -
  • Proven work experience as a Executive Purchasing, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
