Responsibilities: -

Full process of sourcing including market analysis, providing insights to support sourcing decisions
Close working relationship with multiple departments to monitor and manage the inventory level
Source, negotiate, and purchase quality products and material
Build a competitive selection of suppliers through strategic selection process

Requirements:

Candidate should possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline
3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in a sourcing/buyer/procurement position
Preferably candidate from the heavy industries (machinery/ engineering/ oil & gas)
Strong command in English speaking & writing
Proficient in inventory software, computer knowledge
Comfortable with frequent domestic travelling (to the operation site in Perak coastal)
