Job Description

Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements to support production needs. Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure timely availability of materials. Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production to avoid shortages or excess stock. Review demand forecasts and adjust procurement plans accordingly. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with internal departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance) to support operational needs. Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support audits when required. Handle supplier performance evaluation and assist in resolving delivery or quality issues. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
