1. Prepare quarterly and monthly reporting package.

I. Trade Compliance report

II. Item Change Request Report

2. Monitor NPI tracker and execute the stock adjustments actions; based on the monthly report provided by Kelvin\'s team.

3.Manage initial setup and ongoing of purchasing contract and vendor information.

i. NDA

ii. New vendor creation & credit package

iii. Banking information updates

iv. Vendor information updates

4. Manage revisions of info records such as; pricing, supplier allocations and manufacturing lead time through Item Change Request (ICR). Negotiate with supplier and submission to CFT lead.

5. Assist in updating parts\' procurement mode and manufacturing lead time as requested.

6. Administration support for CMs.

7. Commodity code updating process; as required and also others Corporate requirements.

8. All others tasks that is including in a CM\'s R&R.

Job Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent; with 2-3 working experience.

2. Good command of both spoken and written English

3. Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
