Key Responsibilities

Assist Estate Management in daily field operations, including harvesting, maintenance, manuring, and pest management. Supervise and monitor field workers to ensure work is carried out effectively and safely. Maintain accurate records of field activities, manpower utilisation, and productivity. Participate in the implementation of estate development programmes and sustainability initiatives. Undergo structured training and development modules as part of the Company's career progression plan. Perform other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager and Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in plantation operations and willingness to work in estate environments. Good leadership qualities, self-discipline, and ability to work independently. Physically fit and prepared to work under field conditions. Willing to be based at any of our estate locations in Bintulu, Sarawak.
