Job Description
We are seeking a proactive
Cafe Operations Intern
to support the daily management and service flow at DEMI COFFEE. You will gain exposure to F&B operations, customer handling, stock management, and outlet coordination -- learning what it takes to run a successful cafe.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
daily cafe operations
including service, order management, and cleanliness. Supportcustomer service
, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. Help in managinginventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
. Assist outlet supervisor instaff scheduling, reporting, and sales tracking
. Support event setups, promotions, or seasonal campaigns. Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to company procedures.Requirements:
Currently pursuing studies in
Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or F&B Management
. Interest in cafe or restaurant operations. Good communication and organizational skills. Positive, reliable, and eager to learn. Able to work in a team and adapt to shift-based environments.What You'll Gain:
