Job Description

1. Catering & Customer Coordination

Handle catering inquiries, quotations, and booking via WhatsApp or email. Coordinate kitchen production schedule for catering jobs. Prepare catering invoices, delivery checklists, and customer feedback forms. Follow up with clients post-event and ensure high customer satisfaction. Attend community events or corporate networking sessions when relevant.
2. Sales & Financial Record Management

Reconcile daily cafe sales using the POS System (Storehub). Prepare weekly and monthly sales summary reports for management. Monitor cash handling, discounts and refunds. Ensure accuracy in transaction records and report discrepancies.
3. Administrative & Documentation Support

Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplier invoices and petty cash usage. Update costing sheets, purchase orders, and procurement records. Liaise with suppliers for ordering, delivery schedules, and pricing updates. Monitor purchasing budgets and evaluate vendors based on price, quality and reliability.
4. Admin Operation Support

Assist cafe manager in executing opening/closing cafe procedures and daily logs. Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance requests and cleanliness reports. Support front-of-house during the peak hours when required. Ensure compliance with internet SOPs and audit readiness. Answer phone calls and handle basic customer inquires. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
