- Minimum SPM
- Proven experience in operation management/service/hospitality industry or similar role
- Strong leadership, motivational and customer oriented

- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review food and drinks quality

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage cafe\'s good image and suggest ways to improve IT
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
