Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide product recommendations and assist customers in choosing their favorite coffee and food items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Kosa Coffee's standards. Handle payments and issue receipts accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning, and setting up for the next guests. Replenish condiments, utensils, and napkins to ensure customers have everything they need. Assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed, ensuring all products are well-organized and displayed. Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints in a polite and helpful manner. Support the kitchen and barista teams during busy hours by assisting with food and beverage preparation. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. Perform opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup tasks. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and operations.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

No formal education required, but previous experience in customer service or the F&B industry is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service. Ability to handle busy environments and work under pressure. Team player with a proactive attitude. Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and card payments.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to carry trays of food and beverages.

Availability:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
