Job Description
Cafe managers oversee the day-to-day running of cafes. They hire, train, and supervise cafe staff, order cafe supplies, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that food health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Cafe Manager Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, and supervising cafe staff. Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence. Receiving delivered cafe supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered. Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service. Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
Requirements:
Can speak Chinese, English and Malay Proven management experience in the hospitality industry Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills

Ayer Keroh (75450): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
