Responsibilities

Ensure overall outlet cleanliness and compliance with safety, health, and QAQC standards Manage and oversee inventory: stock ordering, receiving, and stock level monitoring Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Supervise, guide, and motivate outlet staff to maintain high performance Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and schedules Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth daily operations Monitor and evaluate outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement Prepare and submit operational reports as required by management Ensure full compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management or the Outlet Manager

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry Fully vaccinated with at least 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine Possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate or equivalent Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay Strong interpersonal and communication skills; energetic and eager to learn Preferably possess own mode of transport for commuting

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
