We are looking for a passionate, hands-on

Cafe Supervisor

to lead our team and create an excellent experience for our guests every day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cafe operations, including service flow and product quality Lead, train, and motivate the team Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation Manage inventory, staff schedules, and cost control Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, or 1 years in cafe management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for food, coffee, and customer experience Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
