Cafe Supervisor Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Lead and train cafe staff. Schedule shifts and monitor performance.Customer Service:
Ensure excellent service and handle complaints. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Operations:
Oversee daily opening and closing tasks. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.Financial Duties:
Handle cash, daily sales reports, and inventory. Help achieve sales targets.Quality Control:
Check food and drink quality. Ensure safety and hygiene compliance.Team Coordination:
Work with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly. Report issues to management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
