Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and prepare reports for management.
Manage cash registers and reconcile daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
