Job Description

• Supervise and train cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• Create employee schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service.
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, and prepare reports for management.
• Manage cash registers and reconcile daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
