Job Title: Cafe Supervisor
Purpose of Role
To supervise daily cafe operations, ensure food and beverage quality, manage cafe staff discipline and performance, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Supervision
Oversee daily cafe opening and closing.
Ensure food and drinks are prepared according to SOP and quality standard.
Monitor cleanliness of cafe, kitchen, counter, and dining area.
Ensure all equipment (coffee machine, chiller, POS, etc.) is functioning well.
2. Staff Supervision
Monitor staff attendance, lateness, and discipline.
Arrange and monitor duty roster.
Guide staff on proper service and hygiene practices.
Be a role model in attitude, teamwork, and discipline.
3. Customer Service
Ensure customers are served promptly and politely.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain a friendly cafe environment.
4. Stock & Inventory Control
Monitor stock level of ingredients and cafe items.
Check daily stock usage and minimize wastage.
Inform management for stock replenishment.
5. Reporting & Communication
Report daily sales and issues to manager.
Inform management of any breakdown, shortage, or incident.
Coordinate with purchasing for stock orders when needed.
6. Hygiene & Safety
Ensure all staff follow food hygiene and safety rules.
Monitor cleanliness of kitchen tools, utensils, and food storage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
