Job Responsibility Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and offering product recommendations; To responsible for handling cash, credit or debit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales; Ensuring the store is adequately stocked with ingredients, supplies and packing materials and restocking as needed; Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertop and seating areas, to ensure a hygienic environment for customers; Ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the store s recipes; Keeping track sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data, and report to the store manager as required; Following all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customer and fellow employees; Have a through understanding of the store s menu, including ingredients, pricing and special offer; Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the customer s satisfaction; and Completing any ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
