Cafeteria Management

• Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with food safety, operations standards and procedures
• Reviews/Plan work schedules to achieve high productivity & maintaining efficient caterer strength
• Ensure company needs and expectations are met by providing operational leadership in support of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction
• Create work group in the company which mainly focusing on all the comment and feedback from employee
• Working closely with caterer store manager to develop strategies and plans especially on the raw materials FIFO system
• Ensuring compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to the statutory guidelines
• Maintain and create a favourable work environmental for kitchen team through co-operation and good team spirit
• Ensure cleaning/drying all kitchen utensils, used dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, food storage area in accordance with food safety regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the whole cafeteria which including ala-carte counter such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning the bar and equipment whenever required
• Operate dishwasher and/or any other equipment and maintain a hygiene working environmental in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards and adhere to all sanitation guidelines
• To ensure floors are kept clean, dry and free of oil at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times and partake in all cleaning schedules
• Perform monthly or routine checking/spot check

Event Management

• Assist Event Team in planning and coordinating the company coaches and volunteer events across employees and communities
• Assist in the delivery of communications for driving event specific participation as well as the creation of communication for social impact
• Monitor and update project timelines to ensure events are delivered on time

Job Requirement

Cafeteria

• Must have experiences in management of F&B experience preferably in the hospitality industry
• Customer-oriented with a high desire for service quality
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for details
• Able to multi tasks and work under pressure
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast

Event Management

• Strong commitment, responsibility, aggressive, organizational and project management skills
• Highly self-motivated, problem solving skills, willing to take complaints/comments from stakeholders and is a good team player
• Able to liaise effectively with contractors and internal team
