Job Responsibilities:
To develop standards and monitor the procedures for food product storage, menus and recipes for cafeteria operations.
To be responsible for food quality control.
To plan and conduct on job training programs for food handling and service for staff.
To plan and monitor the loss prevention procedures to minimize food waste.
To manage and coordinate the operational effectiveness of all assigned cafeteria food stalls.
To implement and enhance high level of service, quality, and sanitation standards within cafeteria.
To ensure that all students and employees are served in an efficient and friendly manner and accept corrective and positive feedback for improving operations.
To be responsible for the Monthly Duty Roster scheduling of all cafeteria staff.
To be responsible for daily ordering and receiving of food and supplies, monitor handling inventory transaction by all staff and investigate if any issues.
To be responsible for maximizing revenue and monitor cost controls in the areas of labour, food costs, other direct expenses safety and liability, keeping within budget.
To provide input for annual budget on a yearly basis if needed.
To ensure that all stat are trained and execute proper safety and sanitation requirements at all times.
To be responsible for the initiating and follow-up of all maintenance and sanitation issues and all facilities are maintained in and excellent and presentable working condition.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
