- Bake cakes, whip cream & layer cakes following recipe given by chef.
- Decorate & pack cakes ensure they are nicely presentable.
- Assist production manager in festive new menu creation including crepe cake, cheesecake, sponge cake, buttercream cake & fondant cake.
- Plan daily production, monitor stocks & maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Great learning opportunity and wide exposure to many production departments.
