Handle inbound, outbound and email of customer with professionalism, ensuring accurate and effective responses to inquiries. Provide timely, effective solutions to customer issues and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, including follow-up actions. Consistently adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification of

SPM

or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome

to apply! Customer service or call center experience is a

plus

. Excellent communication skills, both

verbal and written

. Ability to remain calm and resolve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Multilingual abilities

in

English

and

Malay

are required;

Mandarin
