Position: CALL CENTRE AGENT, DELIVERY COORDINATION (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Salary: Between RM2500 to RM3500

Pre-Delivery Coordination:
Call customers to confirm next-day delivery schedules;
Verify customer addresses and note any access requirements (e.g., gated communities, security clearance;
Record any special handling instructions such as fragile goods or equipment needs (e.g., pallet jack);
Day-of-Delivery Support:
Monitor live delivery progress and proactively update customers if delays occur;
Handle inbound customer inquiries about delivery status, ETAs, or adjustments to timing;
Driver Coordination:
Liaise with drivers in real-time to resolve issues such as customer not available, delivery re-routes, or access problems;
Act as the point of contact to relay updates, new instructions, or alternate contact persons between customers and drivers;
Truck & Delivery Monitoring:
Track GPS location of trucks during outbound and return trips;
Confirm shipment unloading at designated hub location;
Monitor trucks returning to the Puchong depot and provide ETA updates;
Escalate significant delivery delays or route deviations to the supervisor or operations manager;
Status Updates & Reporting:
Update internal systems with accurate call logs, customer interactions, and delivery notes;
Ensure that delivery status remarks are current and reflect real-time conditions;
Assist in compiling daily reports or flagging problematic deliveries for follow-up; and
Any other related task as and when is required by the team.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service preferably from the logistics industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin;
Customer-first attitude with high attention to detail;
Basic understanding of logistics or courier operations;
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure;
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, real-time coordination environment;
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and call center software is an advantage; and
Able to work in shifts.
