Job Vacancy: Call Centre Executive (E-hailing SG)



Location:

Iskandar Putri, Johor

Salary:

RM2,200 - RM2,500 + Incentives

Working Days:

6 days (Rotational shift)

Working Hours:

Rotational shift (supporting Singapore market)

Project:

E-hailing (SG Market)

Job Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ride-booking, driver/rider issues, and app support. Provide excellent customer service to Singapore users via call and chat platforms. Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system. Work closely with the team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all communications.

Requirements:



Minimum

SPM / Diploma qualification

.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an added advantage). Able to work

rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays)

. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-service oriented

, patient, and able to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
